“Think Green” is the theme for this weekend’s garden show sponsored by Wisconsin Public Television. It’s Friday, Saturday and Sunday (February 12-14, 2010) in the Alliant Energy Center, 1919 Alliant Energy Center Way, Madison. Hours are 4-9 p.m. Friday, 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are available at the door.

Road Trips Gardeners braving the cold and the snow of a Midwestern winter may choose to attend any of more than 100 educational seminars and demonstrations on gardening, lawn, and landscaping topics and enjoy hundreds of different exhibitor booths in the exhibition area. At one of the many hands-on workshops, visitors can learn new skills while creating an art piece to take home. Wisconsin Public Television, Friends of Wisconsin Public Television and UW-Extension/Cooperative Extension Horticulture Team are hosting the 3-day event.
