Pascal Lavorel, a London floral arranger, will lead a masterclass in how to design and make a hand tied bouquet. And, the Milestone’s Executive Chef Ryan O’Flynn will demonstrate how to make a picture perfect seasonal salad, complete with edible flowers, roasted beets and a white balsamic dressing.
