Wandering near the Quad Cities, Road Trips Gardeners? Now’s the time to visit the Stampe Lilac Garden in Duck Creek Park (3300 East Locust Street, Davenport, Iowa) to see narcissi, daffodils, crocus, and lilacs, not to mention hyacinths, tulips and crab apples beginning to bloom.
