If you’re anywhere near Austin, Texas, this weekend, Road Trips Gardeners, stop by the 34th annual Southwest Bromeliad Guild Show & Sale in the Crowne Plaza Hotel Central, 6121 North Interstate 35, Austin, Texas.

Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. October 1, 2011, and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. October 2, 2011.

There’ll be more than 800 bromeliads and 100 Dyckias for sale, plus show plants from Louisiana and Texas. It’s all hosted by the Bromeliad Society of Austin.
