Flower of the Day: Grand Place
When spring arrives, the central square in Brussels, Belgium, is filled with flower vendors.
Even though, as tourists, we can’t carry home armloads of potted geraniums or masses of petunias for window boxes, we can buy blooms to brighten our hotel rooms.
Note the red flowers already blossoming outside second and third floor windows around Grand Place.

Dear Roadtripsforgardeners,
Thanks you for your post, When you want to showcase a particular flower, especially a trailing annual, what do you do? You generally place it close to where you or visitors will see it, on a porch, your deck or near a walkway. An even better idea is to place it up at eye level. This will allow its beauty to meet the eye, its scent to reach the nose and trail down to where it can be touched easily with the hands.
All the Best
