Flower of the Day: Blue

OK, Road Trips Gardeners, your editor has no idea what kind of flowers these are (can anyone help her out?).
They were blooming in profusion today near Saint-Sévère, Québec, Canada.
This part of Canada has had more rain this year than the parched land of the United States.
