Have you ever wanted to create a Jack-o-Lantern with a unique personality, Road Trips Gardeners? If you’re passing by northeastern Georgia later this month, you’ll have a chance to learn how to do that.

A workshop on going “From Pumpkin to Jack-o-Lantern” will be held from 10 a.m. to noon October 20, 2012, at Hills & Dales Estate, 1916 Hills and Dales Drive, LaGrange, Georgia (map).

Staff horticulturalist Charlotte Baker will show a creative approach to pumpkin carving, and each participant will get a full-size pumpkin and all carving supplies. Children under 12 should be accompanied by an adult. Fee is $20 per person. Email info@hillsanddales.org to register.
