indiana_madison_lanthier-springHave you visited an interactive learning “garden of art”? Your Road Trips Gardener hasn’t (tell her about them, please).

One of ’em is located at Lanthier Winery, 123 Mill Street, Madison, Indiana (map).

You can see it during a Spring Celebration Festival April 27 and 28, 2013, that includes plant giveaways, garden tours and (with luck!) beautiful spring flowers.

Join in the fun of The Great Divide (we gardeners do know what that means, eh?). Admission is free, but if you’d like to take home more than a sampling bag, larger bags are available with a donation to America in Bloom.

Hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days and admission is free.

Take a look at a slide show about the event here.
