The 10th annual Arizona Lavender Festival kicks off today (June 20, 2013) at Red Rock Ranch & Farms, Concho, Arizona (map).

Hours are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. through June 30, 2013. Admission is $5 per person.

Lavender tours will be held at 9:30 and 11:30 a.m. each day, with cooking demonstrations and tastings at 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. daily. At 1:30 p.m. each day, there’ll be different presentations on growing and using lavender (hint: the lavender ice cream demo and tasting is June 29, 2013).
