If you’ll be wandering India during the last week of February, Road Trips Gardeners swing by Chandigargh for the annual Festival of Gardens in Leisure Valley (sector 10).
The three-day extravaganza was originally called the rose festival — but it’s become much more than that, including classical and folk dances, musical performances, flower shows and exhibitions by local artists.
