“Tracing Our Rose Heritage: Discovering our Roots” is the theme for this year’s Heritage Rose Foundation Conference, set for November 14 through 17, 2013, at Florida Southern College, 111 Lake Hollingsworth Drive, Lakeland, Florida (map).

Featured speaker is Etienne Bouret, the foundation’s director of public relations for Europe who will talk about “Ten Years of Rose Preservation in France.”

The Heritage Rose Foundation is a nonprofit organization established in 1986,devoted to the preservation of old roses.
