The annual Spring Bulb Show continues through March 16, 2014, in the Lyman Plant House & Conservatory of the Botanic Garden of Smith College, 16 College Lane, Northampton, Massachusetts (map).

Hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily, with extended hours from 4 to 9 p.m. March 7 and 14, 2014.

An array of more than 5,000 crocuses, hyacinths, narcissi, irises, lilies and tulips provide an early glimpse of spring in a Smith College tradition dating back over 100 years. Bulbs from South Africa add an exotic flavor to the display.
