illinois_utica_garden-fairThe 13th annual Garden Walk, Fair & Plant Sale takes place this weekend in Utica, Illinois — rain or shine.

Hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. today and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. tomorrow.

On sale at the corner of Mill and Church streets in downtown Utica will be everything from plants for shady woodlands to sun-loving flowering annuals. Herbs and vegetables also will be on offer. Many of the plants are dug from the gardens of members of the Utica Garden Club (sponsor of the event).

There’ll also be a Wheelbarrow Decorating Contest and a Garden Walk (tickets are $8 and will be for sale at the Fair & Plant Sale.
