If you’re thinking of growing heirloom tomatoes, are considering seed saving, are interested in traditional crops or have dabbled in creating art from vegetables, this is the show for you.

The National Heirloom Exposition is said to be “the world’s largest pure food fair”, and the schedule for the fourth annual event is nothing short of astonishing.

It all takes place September 9, 10 and 11, 2014, on the Sonoma County Fairgrounds in Santa Rosa, California.

There’ll be more than 100 food, farm and garden speakers, including Dr. Joseph Mercola, Vani Hari, Jeffery Smith, Percy Schmeiser, David Johanson, John Glavis, Joseph Simcox, Shoshanna Easlinf and Andrew Kimbreil.

More than 350 vendors and exhibitors will offer food tastings and “the world’s largest produce display” with thousands of rare varieties plus seeds, traditional crops, poultry, livestock and the National Veg Art Show.
