The ninth annual Tomato Tasting takes place August 30, 2014, at Heritage Farm, 3094 North Winn Road, Decorah, Iowa.

Sample dozens of heirloom and open-pollinated tomatoes, including rare varieties found only in SSE’s seed bank. Learn how to save seeds from summer/fall produce and grow some of these rare tomatoes in your own garden.

Located six miles north of Decorah, Iowa, Seed Savers Exchange is a non-profit membership organization dedicated to the preservation and distribution of heirloom seeds. Seed Savers maintains a collection of thousands of open-pollinated varieties, making it one of the largest non-governmental seed banks in the United States.
