NECPSThe 12th annual Carnivorous Plant Show is set for September 5 and 6, 2015, at the Tower Hill Botanic Garden, 11 French Drive, Boylston, Massachusetts.

Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Admission to the show is free with the purchase of regular admission to the gardens.

Plant lovers and all those who enjoy something different will be able to get up close to more than 300 carnivorous plants exhibited by the members of the New England Carnivorous Plant Society (NECPS).

Be sure to visit the Venus Fly Trap feeding area where Road Trips Gardeners can observe up close how these plants devour insects. Plants and growing accessories will be available for purchase for both novice and experienced growers from carnivorous plant vendors and the NECPS. Society members will be present both days to explain how the plants feed, what they eat, where they live, and how they can be grown and enjoyed at home.
