The Midlands Plant & Flower Festival takes place September 18, 19 and 20, 2015 at the South Carolina State Farmers Market, 3483 Charleston Highway, West Columbia, South Carolina.
Hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
It’s sponsored by the South Carolina Department of Agriculture.
