Explore autumn through a parade of color and culture at Chrysanthemums and More, now on exhibit at the Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park, 1000 East Beltline N.E., Grand Rapids, Michigan.

The annual array of mums embodies the Japanese aesthetic as a culturally significant symbol of happiness and longevity.

Yellow chrysanthemums are prominently featured along with colossal baskets filled with fall plants throughout the gardens and grounds. Road Trips Gardeners shouldn’t miss the mum column in the Seasonal Display Greenhouse featuring a floor-to-ceiling display of mums paired with blue asters, ornamental kale and grasses.
