Road Trips Gardeners may want to include the northeast of the Iberian peninsula on their travel itineraries between May 13 and May 21, 2017, for the Temps de Flors (“Flower Season”) in Girona, Catalonia, Spain.

Plants and floral displays fill the town’s Barri Vell neighborhood.

Monuments, courtyards and other urban locations are temporarily transformed into ornamental often fanciful (and usually fragrant) gardens during the show.
