Tulip Time in Holland, MichiganTulip Time in Holland, Michigan, is probably the best-known of tulip festivals in the United States. For this, the 48th year, nearly five million tulips are planted and ready to burst forth in bloom in city parks, at public attractions and along city streets.

Road Trips Gardeners are drawn by the tulips, of course.

During the official dates — May 6 through 14, 2017 — there also are a variety of special events celebrating the city’s Dutch roots and its “tulip-mania”. Look for concerts, shows, parades, Klompen Dance, a Town Crier Competition, Art & Craft Fair, and Trolley Tours.
