Well, Road Trips Gardeners, we’ve missed the first weekend of the Dahlia Festival — but there’s a second weekend coming up.

More than 30 acres with hundreds of dahlia varieties are blooming September 2 through 4, 2017, at Swan Island Dahlia Farm, 995 N.W. 22nd Avenue, Canby, Oregon.

There are also 15,000 cut flowers and 400 arrangements on display, the largest exhibition from just one grower in the country.
