Thailand’s colors, culture and plant life will be celebrated February 10, 2018, through March 11, 2018, during the 23rd annual Orchids Festival in the Princess of Wales Conservatory at Kew Gardens, Richmond, England.

Colorful floral displays will include a tunnel composed of vanda orchids, and arches decorated with orchids. There’ll be handcrafted umbrellas, an orchid “palace”, and a chance to learn about the significance of orchids in Thai cuisine and medicine.

All sorts of special events are planned, including Thai dance performances, spa treatments, and insect-tastings at Kew After Hours. You can take a “behind the scenes” orchid nursery tour or an “Orchids for Beginners” class.
