Sure, it takes place in the middle of La Fête du Citron, but an Orchid Festival is a tourist magnet all by itself.
Look for the tropical display in the Palais de l’Europe, Menton, France, opening Saturday (February 17, 2018) and running through March 4, 2018. It’s presented by the Association des Orchidophiles et Épiphytophiles de France.
