A Horticulture Symposium is planned for February 29, 2020, at Newfields, 4000 Michigan Road, Indianapolis, Indiana. This is an all-day event (from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), and takes place in the Toby Theater and the Deer Zink Special Events Pavilion.

Cost is $95, and tickets are available online.

Road Trips Gardeners can join fellow plant-lovers for a day of talks focused on plants, design, and environmental stewardship. Topics include inspiration from travels in Japan, hardy perennials from the Chicago Botanic Garden trials, the integration of art and horticulture, annuals at the Cincinnati Zoo, developing resilient landscapes for a changing climate, and houseplant selection and care.
