With London, England, bursting into bloom and flower fever all around, the four AA rosette restaurant, Ormer Mayfair by Sofian at Flemings Mayfair Hotel, has partnered with luxury florist Moyses Stevens to offer a flower arranging workshop and spectacular dining experience. It’s happening every Thursday throughout the summer.

Perfect for a celebratory interactive get-together with friends or as a team-building experience, guests begin the afternoon at the Moyses Stevens atelier (Battersea Power Station) for a floristry workshop. Led by experienced tutors, they can create a classic hand-tied bouquet arrangement using fresh seasonal florals and greenery. Guests will then be transferred to Flemings Mayfair hotel, home to Ormer Mayfair by Sofian for dinner.

Guests will enjoy seven courses of the finest British seasonal produce curated by Executive Chef Sofian Msetfi. Choices include Siciliano tomato with peas, broad beans and vanilla; roasted Anjou pigeon with mushroom and lime; and caramelia and malt gateaux with honey vinegar and barley ice cream.

Groups of four and up to eight can be accommodated for this blooming brilliant experience with workshops taking place at Moyses Stevens atelier on Thursdays from 3 to 5 p.m., followed by dinner at Ormer Mayfair by Sofian at 6 p.m.
