Now in its eighth year, the Central Coast Secret Garden Tour in Lincoln City, Oegon, is set for noon to 6 p.m. June 26, 2011. Coastal gardening has real challenges including wind and salt, but you will be amazed at what creative gardeners can do by the sea.

This year’s tour will focus on gardens in the seaside communities of south Lincoln County. Tickets are $20 and will include food, wine tasting, desserts, live music and an art auction. Proceeds benefit Lincoln County’s Samaritan House Family Homeless Shelter. For information, call 541:574-8898.
